Each of these two maps are said to represent the area evaluated by Dan Gargas of the Department of Transportation in 1992. The map at right had been widely circulated, made a part of the district's EIR, and referred to as part of the 1997 approval extension. The map at left was released and made available for the first time in March, 2000 as part of a public information request to the DOT. It is being made available to the public for the first time here.
